Strength Training Workshop for Runners 9/3

Monday’s Fun Run on 9/3 (6pm-8pm) will include a special Strength Training for Runners Workshop lead by Lauren Noble, after the run.

Lauren is a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach with a focus on injury prevention for athletes and strength training for runners .
