“I raced the Super Bowl 10k on Sunday (2/4) and placed 4th in 39:08. I started a little faster than planned but managed to settle in and run very evenly after the first mile. The course was a fun one, with gently rolling inclines and only one major hill, and it was excellent running weather. A great way to start Super Bowl Sunday with my teammates! With this 10k under my belt, I’m looking forward to some shorter races this spring, and to getting back on the track!”

“On Saturday Feb. 3rd Catrina (my daughter) and I competed in the 2018 USATF Cross Country Nationals in Tallahassee, Fl. I was in the Master Women’s race and placed 6th overall and 3rd for my age group. Catrina was in the Senior Women’s race and placed 27th overall.”

“I placed 7th female at the Redondo Beach Super Bowl 10k. It was the 40th anniversary of the race and we had a great Run with Us showing to kick off the 2018 road racing season!”
