Train hard, win easy!
Always listen to your body and instead of counting miles, make the miles count.
Favorite or go-to workout: 8x1k alternating with (4)hurdles/without hurdles. + 3x500m with hurdles. 2-3 minutes rest in between.
What I like to eat/drink before a run: Oatmeal before a run or a bagel always with water
Favorite quote that inspires me: Champions are made when nobody is watching
Why I run: I run because it feels natural. The human body is meant to move and I want to see how much mine can take. I also run for longevity
Where to find me when I’m not running: Home sleeping, studying at Starbucks or at school.

Other tidbits: For the next couple of months, I will be studying at home or Starbucks in preparation of starting a new academic program. I will be begin my journey of becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic at the Southern California University of Health Sciences located in Whittier, CA. This program is scheduled to start September of 2015 with a graduation date in December of 2018. I’m truly excited for what’s to come competitively and academically.
