Why I Run: To stay in shape. To me, it’s the simplest sport by far. A pair of shoes and shorts and you’re good to go.

Favorite Or Go-To Workout: 3 x 10 pull downs, dips, and knee/leg raises on my captains chair.

What I Like To Eat/Drink Before A Run: Oatmeal or protein shake. 

Favorite Post-Race Meal: Just about anything. 

Training Philosophy: Consistency is key. Keep at it. Understand that pain is part of the training. It’s your body telling you you’re overdoing it or doing something wrong. Recover after then repeat. 

Favorite Quote That Inspires You: Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
