Training philosophy: Honestly, I don’t know if I really have a specific philosophy. I just want to have fun and do hard things.
Favorite or go-to workout: Reeeeaaaaallly heavy squats with some core mixed in.
What I like to eat/drink before a run: A warmed up blueberry Poptart with some water.

Why I run: I like pushing my boundaries and comfort level. Running lets me do this while also making me feel free
Where to find me when I’m not running: at any botanical garden, in the gym, or sitting on my couch and knitting.
