Join us on Sunday, November 12th at 9am as we break down how to run your strongest marathon. We're going to cover the building blocks of training, injury prevention, and cover the importance of fuel and hydration.
We have some amazing partners joining us, so best believe we're going to have some fun raffles lined up!! We'll also have food and drinks for you to enjoy.
