When: July 6 – July 31, 2020
What: Complete up to four distance challenges from 3k to 10k between July 6 – July 31. You get to choose your distance. You can also participate in one or up to four challenges. We recommend that you complete one Distance Challenge a week along with the weekly Bonus Challenge.
Distance Challenge: You get to choose your distance between 3k, 5k, 7k or 10k. We encourage running or walking but if you want to skip or ride a scooter that works too! We recommend that you complete one Distance Challenge a week but you can complete them any time between July 6 – July 31.
Bonus Challenges: Participate in a Bonus Challenge along with your distance challenge to qualify for Weekly Giveaways. Details regarding the Bonus Challenge will be emailed to you weekly. Here is an example of a Bonus Challenge: Complete 10 burpees after each mile you go. Bonus Challenges are optional but must be completed in order to qualify for Weekly Giveaways.
Where: A place that works for you as long as you can stay distant from others and enjoy your run/walk.
Qualify to enter the Weekly Giveaways: Every week we will randomly select qualified participants for prizes. Participants must complete their Distance Challenge along with the Bonus Challenge. You will receive details regarding the Bonus Challenge weekly. Qualification guidelines will consist of recording and/or uploading your Distance Results along with the Bonus Challenge.
