We welcome runners who are new to trail running or those who just want to run with fellow trail enthusiasts. These trail runs are sponsored by Saucony.
We will have two trial runnings groups along with a hiking/walking group, but we will no longer be having signups. Just show up with hydration ready to have fun! All groups will be paces by a member of the Run With Us Race Team.
We meet at 7am offering 3 different distances: double-digit mile run, single-digit mile run, 3 hour hike/walk.

Here are some key things to remember before you join us for a Sunday Trail Run:
Make sure to bring enough water for the distance you plan to cover. It’s always better to have a little extra than not enough
Trail running shoes help for extra traction and for protection against those accidental foot nubs against rocks, BUT road shoes are ok since this is not a very slippery trail.
Use an app like Strava to get to know the route – join Club Run With Us on Strava where we have all the trails saved on our maps. While our runs are led by members of our RWU Race Team and we’re here to help you learn about trail running, it’s always helpful to have a general idea of the route. BONUS is that you get to start learning about all of the various ways you can tweak or add to your route as you become more comfortable with the trail.
