‍When & where did you go to high school? College? What did you study?
I went to Covina High School. I ran at Mt Sac and transferred to Cal St Fullerton. I got my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Political Science.

‍Did you run in high school and/or college?
‍I ran the 1500m all the way up to the 10k in college, but proffered the 5k/10k.

‍When & how & why did you get in to the sport of running?
My mom ran in high school and I wanted to be better than her.

‍Do you have a favorite moment that stands out in your running career?
Winning the team title for the Big-West Conference Cross Country Championship, which was the first time in history.

‍Any personal records we should know about?
16:48 in the 5k, 21:10 in the 6k, 36:34 in the 10k

‍In competition, what is or was your favorite distance?
10k

‍Road, Track, Trails, Treadmill, Couch?
‍Road and trails but I’m scared of downhill

‍What do you enjoy most about the sport or your own running?
Community and the fact that it’s a privilege to have the opportunity to run.

‍Since working at Run With Us, what has been your favorite aspect of the job?
‍Working with customers and seeing them out on the trails!

‍What has been your favorite running shoe of all-time? What is your favorite shoe currently?
Glycerin GTS is my favorite of all time, and currently it is the same.

‍Do you have a favorite meal of all-time?
Anything fried or greasy that’s VEGAN

‍Outside of Run With Us & Running, do you have any other interests?
I enjoy coaching at Occidental College and being a couch potato with my dogs.
