When & where did you go to high school? College? What did you study?

I went to Arroyo High School & Citrus College. While there I studied Psychology.

Did you run in high school and/or college?

Yes, I ran in both high school and college.

When & how & why did you get in to the sport of running?

I got into running during middle school. I got in because a group of us created a running group, so I just kept running after that.

Do you have a favorite moment that stands out in your running career?

My favorite moment might be when I ran my marathon PB at CIM in 2021.

Marathon- 2:52
Half Marathon- 1:19

In competition, what is or was your favorite distance?

My favorite distance has to be the marathon and the 10k.

Road, Track, Trails, Treadmill, Couch?

Trails!!!

What do you enjoy most about the sport or your own running?

I enjoy the community and all the people you meet through running.

Since working at Run With Us, what has been your favorite aspect of the job?

My favorite aspect is being able to help people with shoes or advice on running or even just helping them stay healthy.

What has been your favorite running shoe of all-time? What is your favorite shoe currently?

My favorite shoe of all-time has to be the Saucony Endorphin Speed 2. My current favorite shoe is the New Balance 1080v13.

Do you have a favorite meal of all-time?

My favorite meal would have to be grilled chicken and rice with a side of veggies.

Outside of Run With Us & Running, do you have any other interests?

My other interested are weightlifting in the gym.
